Our Tough cases use a dual-layer build — a hard polycarbonate shell with a shock-absorbing TPU liner and raised bezels that protect the screen and camera. All ports, buttons and speakers stay fully accessible.
Are the cases MagSafe and wireless-charging compatible?
Wireless charging works with all our cases. MagSafe-compatible styles have built-in magnets that snap securely to MagSafe chargers and accessories.
Will the print fade or peel?
No — designs are printed with a bonded, fade-proof method and a scratch-resistant finish, so colours stay vivid with everyday use.
What's your warranty?
Manufacturing defects — print fade, peeling or faulty materials — are covered: Tough cases for 1 year, Snap and Clear for 6 months. Not covered: misuse, drops, wear, extreme heat or transit damage.
My order arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Email us your order number with a photo or short video and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect; as each case is custom-printed to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns.
